Important information for your Vespa rental

Rental Requirements:
The minimum age is 18 years. Every rider must hold a valid driver’s license. International driver’s licenses are accepted when presented together with the original national license. Without a valid driver’s license and official photo ID (such as a passport or government ID for non US-Citizens), rental cannot be granted.

Deposit:
A security deposit of $ 150 is required for each rental and can be provided in cash or by credit card. The deposit will be fully released or refunded once the Vespa is returned on time and in proper condition.

Traffic Violations:
Any traffic violations, fines, or tickets incurred during the rental period are the full responsibility of the renter.

Eye Protection:
Florida law requires eye protection when riding a Vespa. Please note that regular sunglasses do not meet this requirement. Approved eye protection can be purchased at our shop for $ 3 if needed.

Helmet Use:
Helmet use by minors under the age of 21 is required by Florida law. For all renters aged 21 and older, wearing a helmet is generally mandatory. An exception applies only to renters who provide proof of valid health insurance with a minimum coverage of $ 10.000.

Phone Holder:
For rentals up to 24 hrs a phone holder is provided free of charge. For rentals longer than 24 hrs, we charge a one-time fee of $ 5 for the entire rental period.

Disc Brake Lock:
Each Vespa is equipped with a disc brake lock, which must be used whenever the Vespa is parked. The lock is provided free of charge. In case of loss, a replacement fee of $ 20 will apply.

Delivery & Pick-Up Service:
We provide a delivery and pick-up Service of your Vespa, within a 15-mile radius. This service must be arranged in advance online or feel free to call us.

After-Hours Pick-Up & Return:
Upon request, pick-up and return outside of regular business hours can be arranged. This service must be arranged in advance. An additional fee will apply.
